Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute ad campaigns, including Meta ads, for various clients according to their specific business goals.
- Curate compelling content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing through collaboration with graphic designers and animators.
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop effective content for campaigns on social media.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive customer retention efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders, including key metrics and actionable insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and account managers, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Write comprehensive documentation to streamline processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools.
