Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns aligned with defined campaign goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan and execute ad campaigns, including Meta ads, for various clients according to their specific business goals.
  • Curate compelling content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing through collaboration with graphic designers and animators.
  • Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop effective content for campaigns on social media.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive customer retention efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders, including key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and account managers, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Write comprehensive documentation to streamline processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to create compelling content and work with graphic designers and animators.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of website operations like HTML, CSS is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
