Crownsoft's Project Manager will lead and direct multiple projects mainly from US Market under the Application Development Service umbrella. They will be responsible for all aspects of the project from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires a combination of strong technical understanding, leadership skills, and project management expertise.
𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Implement appropriate project management methodologies tailored to the complexity and scale of the project.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing any potential resource conflicts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and clear communication to all relevant parties.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Monitor project expenses, ensuring projects remain within the allocated budget.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required standard of quality.
• Implement quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Document detailed project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
• Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, sessions, and workshops.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in application development & project management.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the project management process.
• A Strong understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and IT infrastructure is essential for effectively managing technical projects.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desired.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 Years in project management, with a significant portion focused on application development projects.
• Proven experience in managing a team and managing complex projects.
• At least 4 years of App Development/ Software Development Project management/ Leadership Experience.
Skills:
• Strong technical acumen, familiar with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Teamwork).
