Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Model Development & Deployment
- Develop and train machine learning and deep learning models to address business needs.
- Enhance algorithms for better performance, speed, and accuracy.
- Deploy AI models using cloud services like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or on-premises setups.
2. Data Management
- Prepare, clean, and analyse large datasets.
- Work with data scientists to choose the right data for model training.
- Build pipelines for data collection, preparation, and validation.
3. Research & Innovation
- Explore the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and methods.
- Test and assess new algorithms to boost efficiency and innovation.
4. Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with product managers, software developers, and data scientists to incorporate AI models into applications.
- Present findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Mentor junior engineers and offer technical guidance.
5. Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Stay current with the latest trends in AI and machine learning.
- Continuously refine existing models based on feedback and performance results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a similar field.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
- Frameworks & Libraries: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras, or similar tools.
- Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with AI services from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- AI/ML Algorithms: Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Mathematics & Statistics: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Tools: Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Docker, and other data-related tools.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in AI related projects specifically.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
