Eplanet Global is looking for Virtual Operations & Analytics Assistant (Onsite) for Karachi Office in night Shift.
Requirements:
- 2+ years as a Virtual Operations & Analytics Assistant or similar role, ideally in food, retail, or hospitality
- Skilled in data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Proactive, organized, and a strong communicator
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data & report on trends
- Calculate Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) & optimize retention strategies
- Manage owner’s calendar, meetings, and communications
- Research tools for task automation & workflow improvement
- Coordinate projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
