We urgently require an Assistant Manager of Business Development.
Your specific job duties may include:
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets and goals.
* Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
*Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Identifying potential customers and developing new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
* Negotiating contracts and pricing with customers and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Collaborating with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and satisfaction.
* Keeping up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Providing timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding operations.
Qualification
Bachelor/Master in Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain.
