Assistant Manager Digital Marketing

 

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Assist in the handling and execution of digital marketing and promotional activities. Coordinate with digital/ creative agencies and relevant teams for content development, excellence, and execution. Gather customer interaction data from channels, activations. use analytical skills to gauge the activities and propose potential areas for future programs. Travel in the field alone/ or with relevant territory managers for insights and audit the campaign execution and report performance and areas of improvement.
  • Support on building digital strategy for customer acquisition, engagement, and enhance brand awareness through digital campaign executions
  • Assist in managing digital channels i.e., BCS Facebook, YouTube channels. Work closely for content development and manage it on channels. Coordinate for promotional messages and disburse it through SMS portal and internal WhatsApp groups.
  • Explore emerging technologies and propose actionable plan, work towards consideration of utilizing those such as TikTok, WhatsApp etc.
  • Maintain Packaging Artworks on digital platform (e-label server). Coordinate with agency and relevant member/ department for content input and finalization and approval. Upload it on e-label-server.
  • Follow branding guidelines for the development of communication material. Coordinate with internal, external stakeholders for content development and verification. Ensure timely execution campaigns.
  • Any other task assigned by the manager.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • BSC/BA or BBA or above
  • Relevant experience of 3+ Years
  • Urdu reading, writing (since all communication with target audience is being placed in Urdu)
  • Analytical skills especially command in MS-Excel, Office Software especially data-software
  • Good communication skills with fluency in local language (Urdu), English and Punjabi.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • External networking and benchmarking of best practice.
