Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Quality Assurance (Knits). The Assistant Manager Quality Assurance will be responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of knit textile apparels, overseeing the quality control process, conducting inspections, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality-related issues and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and standards
- Experience in quality assurance and quality control in a textile manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of knit textile apparels and their specific quality requirements
- Ability to conduct inspections and analyze product quality
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field
- Experience with ISO certification and compliance is a plus
