tomec is an IT Services based Start Up offering multiple IT Solutions & targeting International Clients. As a backend developer your responsibility will be to
- Write clean code to develop web applications
- Handle 3-4 projects at a time
- Troubleshoot/Debug problems and fix them
- Optimizing the applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Taking security and data protection in consideration while development
- Building reusable code for future use
- Follow emerging technologies
- Handle on-going projects
- Give precise time estimates and deliver on those estimates
Skills
- Knowledge of Laravel framework is a must
- Strong experience in developing complex applications using PHP, Laravel or Node
- AWS/Azure experience would be a plus
- WordPress / Shopify Experience will be a plus
- Deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should be able to handle and write HTML & CSS & JS
- Should have knowledge of analyzing requirements, problem solving with the best solution
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools and can produce high-quality code without supervision and on-time delivery
- Must have hands on any relational databases
- Should have knowledge of DB Design, Architecture and ability to write efficient and cost effective queries
- Any NoSQL DB experience would be an added advantage
- Must have worked on Web Services, E-commerce, and APIs(Rest API) & 3rd-party integrations like PayPal, Stripe, Gmail, Facebook
