Primary Requirements:
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think in long term
- Hands on experience working with NodeJS building multiple projects
- Broad technology knowledge with an appreciation of not just the application layer, but the networks, servers, and other infrastructure that supports it
- Experience with MySQL, Postgres, or any other NoSQL datastore
- Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment
- Self-awareness and a desire to continually improve
- At least one year of experience working at an organization
Bonus Points:
- Experience investigating and optimizing for performance
- Comfortable working with a wide range of Development and Testing tools
- Some experience of working with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, DO etc.)
- Experience with WebSockets or ES6
- Active Git repository
