The institute provides a wide range of services to students including a student portal, library access, career development, Denning Center for Professional Training, and consultancy services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer at Denning Services (Private) Limited located in Karāchi at the PECHS campus. The Back End Developer will be responsible for software development, back end web development, object-oriented programming (OOP), and programming.
1. Work on Student Portal Application and Develop new features as required and update in currently developed features.
2. Coordinate with other Team members and discuss requirements and plan development process according to requirements.
3. Check regularly for new updates.
4. Manage currently developed websites and check for regular updates and bug fixes. Update new content on website in co-ordination with Marketing and other departments.
5. Assist students/faculty or staff members in any issues related to Portal.
6. Manage all codebase on Github.
7. Develop APIs for Mobile Apps.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Backend/Fullstack Developer who have expertise on PHP, MySql, HTML, JS/JQuery, CSS.
2. Have experience of work on Laravel / CodeIgniter Frameworks.
3. Atleast 2 years of experience in relevant field.
4. Have worked on Wordpress and other open source platforms to manage existing website
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
