Need Backend Developers
Responsilblities.
Develop and maintain server-side applications using programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, or others as required.
Design and implement robust and scalable databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.
Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend components.
Create and maintain RESTful APIs to enable smooth communication between various systems and services.
Optimize application performance and reliability through code reviews, performance tuning, and testing.
Identify and fix bugs, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or the QA team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance development processes.
Implement security measures to protect the application and user data from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and manage applications in production environments.
Collaborate in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages used for backend development (e.g., Python, NodeJS).
Experience working with databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
Familiarity with web frameworks and technologies (e.g. Django, Flask, Spring Boot).
Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
Understanding of version control systems like Git or BitBucket.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean) is a plus.
Experience with containerisation technologies like Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
