Blockchain Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and blockchain solutions using Rust and Solidity.
Lead architectural design and integration of blockchain protocols across different platforms, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
Drive the development of decentralized applications (dApps), ensuring secure, maintainable, and testable code.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
Troubleshoot and debug blockchain-related issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years focused on blockchain development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, and JavaScript.
In-depth understanding of blockchain architectures, cryptography, and security principles.
Experience with blockchain frameworks and platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
Strong knowledge of smart contract development and deployment.
Good experience in interacting with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
