We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

-Evaluate current business processes and workflows.
-Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
-Develop and propose process improvement recommendations.
Data Modeling:
-Create data models and define data requirements for projects and initiatives.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
Reporting and Visualization:
-Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders.
-Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present data in a clear and understandable manner.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
-Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
-Identify and document defects, issues, and areas for improvement in new systems or processes.
Documentation:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, requirements, and project progress..
Market Research:

Project Management:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Project management skills and knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
