Roles and Responsibilities
- To understand business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
- Convert business requirements and roadmap features into smaller user stories.
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity.
- Test business processes and recommend improvements to the lead.
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business
performance.
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools.
- Collaborate with project manager on roadmap planning and workforce optimization.
Skills And Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in IT or business related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analyst role.
- High proficiency in technical writing.
- Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environment.
- Experience creating detailed reports.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
