Roles and Responsibilities
 

  • To understand business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
  • Convert business requirements and roadmap features into smaller user stories.
  • Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity.
  • Test business processes and recommend improvements to the lead.
  • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business
     

performance.
 

  • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
  • Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with project manager on roadmap planning and workforce optimization.
     

Skills And Qualifications
 

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT or business related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analyst role.
  • High proficiency in technical writing.
  • Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating detailed reports.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
