Key Responsibilities :
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and end-users, to elicit and document detailed requirements for mobile applications.
Business Analysis: Analyze business processes, workflows, and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within mobile applications.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
User Experience: Work with UX/UI designers to ensure that the mobile application design aligns with user requirements and provides an intuitive and engaging user experience.
Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating communication and ensuring that project objectives are met.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data related to mobile application performance, user behavior, and market trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Project Support: Assist in project management activities, including timeline management, risk identification, and issue resolution, to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on mobile applications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile application development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and tools such as JIRA, trello, or similar.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation: Experience in creating and managing detailed documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
