Responsibilities:
- RFP Analysis: Thoroughly review RFPs and client-provided documentation to fully grasp project scope, requirements, and objectives.
- Proposal Development: Craft highly targeted proposal responses that align with client specifications, highlight our core strengths, and position Villaex as a preferred partner.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with project goals.
- Data Interpretation: Leverage data analysis to support informed decision-making, providing insights to shape effective solutions.
- Workshops & Presentations: Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate key findings and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior analysts, keeping abreast of evolving industry trends and best practices to foster team growth.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in business analysis or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in analytical and research methodologies with the ability to interpret complex requirements and devise tailored solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional in writing, editing, and verbal communication.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and techniques.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, on a night shift schedule.
