The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, coordinating, and managing requirements. Candidate need to identify and understand the business project-specific demands and document them in a clear and binding way.
Business Analyst
• Collect and analyze the Business requirements
• Documents coordinate and manage requirements aimed at optimizing operational efficiency
• Create requirements and solution design SOW (Scope of Work) document in coordination with all stakeholders
• Translate the business requirements to Functional/business requirements
• Create and manage technical user stories
• Create acceptance criteria and test scripts
• Prepared in-depth training documentation
• Defining as-is / to-be processes and conducting process modeling

• Understand the Business process.
• Experience with creating business workflows.
• Experience in requirements management through the complete lifecycle of a project.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Waterfall - Familiar with waterfall SDLC
