Spectra Baby Pakistan is looking for Business Associate
Basic work requirements:
- manage daily customer queries and provide a daily order report to CEO. must be able to engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- make invoices, pack orders and coordinate delivery through TCS
- resolve customer complaints at earliest
- must be able to deliver some orders in karachi - fuel reimbursement and maintenance will be provided for your own vehicle
- must be willing to pitch to new retail vendors and hospitals and work on relationship management with existing clients. Follow up and visits from vendors regarding stock and sales which include Hospitals, Clinic and Retailers
- must be able to manage inventory count and provide a report for any discrepancy with books
- must be able to manage warehouse room as per DRAP rules.
- must know how to operate excel, word and powerpoint
