Business Develompent Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities from online bidding portals and LinkedIn, with a focus on acquiring new IT projects for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Bidding Portals:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Analyze project requirements, prepare and submit bids, and follow up with clients to secure projects.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential projects to ensure a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
  • LinkedIn and Social Media:
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote our organization's services and expertise.
  • Engage with potential clients and respond to inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure new projects.
  • Project Management:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with online bidding portals and social media platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
