Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities from online bidding portals and LinkedIn, with a focus on acquiring new IT projects for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online Bidding Portals:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Analyze project requirements, prepare and submit bids, and follow up with clients to secure projects.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential projects to ensure a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
- LinkedIn and Social Media:
- Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote our organization's services and expertise.
- Engage with potential clients and respond to inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Business Development:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure new projects.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with online bidding portals and social media platforms.
