Business Developement Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Pakistani market, with a focus on sectors outside of Telecommunications. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.

Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in non-Telecom sectors
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for assigned market segments
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on XAD Technologies' products and services
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall sales plan

     

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably outside of the Telecommunications sector
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the Pakistani business landscape
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
