Nextgic Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Business Developer / Bidding Expert with expertise in acquiring new business opportunities through online portals and direct marketing channels
Responsibilities for the role of Business Developer / Bidding Expert include:
- Acquiring business through various channels such as Upwork, Guru, etc., Website design and development, Graphic design, etc.
- Conducting thorough project selection and effective bidding strategies.
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Estimating project prices, creating quotes, and developing comprehensive proposals.
- Engaging with clients through chat applications, coordinating with the team, and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Maintaining an outstanding rating on all platforms.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s).
- Experience with client interactions in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Operations / Support or - Customer Service role, preferably within the IT Software industry.
- Experience in managing sales operations across multiple countries and startup experience would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly motivated and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to find creative solutions to problems.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Education: Intermediate / O-levels / A-level / Graduate.
