As a Business Developer, you will create and focus on company profiling, and sourcing new clients. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding client needs, and converting leads into sales and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on online platforms like Upwork / Bark/ Linkedin.
- Approach potential clients on LinkedIn and establish partnerships.
- Create and optimize company profile, proposals, and bids to attract potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the platforms.
- Analyze project requirements and provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a business developer on Upwork / Bark / Linkedin.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies.
