Ravon Enterprises is looking for a motivated and energetic Cold Caller to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, introducing our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing client needs.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call targets to contribute to overall sales goals.
- Provide feedback to management on call outcomes and client responses to improve strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
