We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Non-Technical Business Developer (voice industry) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, work on partnerships, and help the company achieve its growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify new markets, industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop strategies for business growth.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and attending events or trade shows.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop relationships with potential clients, present business solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with other businesses to drive growth and expand the company’s offerings.
Sales & Business Strategy: Develop sales strategies to target specific markets or industries and achieve revenue targets.
Proposal Development & Presentations: Create compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of clients.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment with business goals.
Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports on progress toward business goals, client acquisition, and market insights to leadership.
Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, or networking sessions to promote the brand and generate new leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and business management tools.
