As a part of the team CalCart, you’ll be a part of a dynamic young team coming together to fundamentally disrupt the retail industry.
We are looking for a Key Accounts/Business Development Executive with prior experience in retail advertising/trade marketing and partnerships.
Focus and Scope
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring and maintaining key accounts;
- Work with product and finance teams to translate strategy to execution;
- Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate client resources and customers;
- Maintain complete and accurate future/ existing client correspondence data;
- Assist in making key business decisions;
- Identify and develop problem-solving methodologies to resolve client issues;
- Ability to analyze consumer trends and behavior to drive conversions;
- Track and analyze campaigns performance and provide recommendations;
Knowledge and Skills
- Strategic Thinking, Business Analytics, Communication, Problem Solving
- 1– 3 years of experience in business development, trade marketing, advertising
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Highly creative with problem-solving skills
