Job Description

As a Business Development Sales and Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts, and providing exceptional sales and support services to achieve revenue targets. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate our value proposition will be key to your success in this role.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Proactively research, identify, and target potential clients in the IT/Fintech sector. Utilise various strategies, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing techniques, to generate a consistent pipeline of leads.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing any concerns and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value our products and services bring to their business. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software. Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the entire sales process. Provide exceptional post-sales support, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to foster long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Fin Tech or IT Sales.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and credibility.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
