Job Description
The Role: We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Online Bidding Specialist) with a minimum of 3 years of online bidding experience at Freelance Marketplaces like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn People Per Hour, etc.
The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Online Bidding and Sales on various freelancing portals.
- Knowledge of bidding/freelancing portals such as Upwork, Fiver, Freelancer, People Per Hour and Others.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline is preferable.
- Knowledge of drafting business proposals.
- Experience of bringing new and repeat business through bidding, actively communicating with clients and management, writing, and submitting proposals, and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill in English is necessary, along with excellent negotiation, time management, and planning ability.
- Highly motivated and target oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude and the ability to perform under pressure
- Strong knowledge of market competition, tools, and trade tricks in freelancing.
Roles & Rsponsibilities:
- Create and maintain our business profiles on freelancing portals.
- Write business proposals, and quotations, and prepare other relevant documents required by clients.
- Experience of handling international clients related to IT services.
- Responsible for meeting targets consistently.
- Bidding on Freelance portals daily, acquiring projects, and converting them into long-term businesses.
- Gather client requirements, communicate those requirements to the team and deliver the project on schedule to the client.
- Estimating the cost of a project, preparing an estimate, preparing a proposal, negotiating with a client, and closing the project.
- Estimate the project price based on the requirement gathered.
- Cross and Up Selling our services.
- Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients' requirements.
