Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and driven Growth Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our customer acquisition and product growth efforts. This role combines marketing, sales, and customer success responsibilities, ideal for a startup environment. Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, Google Ads) to attract dental practices.
- Develop content and manage social media marketing to promote success stories and increase brand awareness.
- Optimize the website for SEO, to improve its search engine rankings.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates) to continuously improve campaigns.
Sales and Customer Acquisition
- Conduct outbound sales efforts by reaching out to dental professionals, explaining the value of First Stop Dental, and leading demos.
- Convert free-tier users into paid subscribers by showcasing premium features and demonstrating ROI (custom domains, advanced SEO, etc.).
- Develop strategic partnerships with dental associations, industry influencers, and educational institutions to generate referrals.
Customer Success
Provide onboarding support to new clients, ensuring they can set up and optimize their websites with ease.
- Handle ongoing customer inquiries and proactively offer tips for better utilization of the platform, helping clinics grow their digital presence.
- Maintain a high customer retention rate by addressing concerns and identifying opportunities to upgrade services.
Product Development and Feedback Loop
- Collaborate with the product team to analyze user feedback and suggest product improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive offerings that can inform future product roadmaps.
- Help introduce new features and services that meet customer needs and drive adoption.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar growth role (preferably in SaaS or a digital marketing environment).
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and social media platforms.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially with small businesses or healthcare professionals, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to evaluate campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
