You will be reporting to and working closely with the Head of Sales in identifying new markets segments and industry verticals within the target market to breach into. Your responsibilities will include working with the Head of Sales in refining the ICPs and Buyer Personas, improving the Unique Value Proposition and Positioning of the company's services in the target space, through extensive research, and competitor analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to identifying and then targeting potential customers and partners within the startup space for resource outsourcing and staff augmentation.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging industry events and
platforms.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions
and services.
• Nurture leads and build strong relationships with potential customers.
• Assist the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and strategies.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools to manage leads, track customer
interactions, and ensure effective follow-up.
• Maintain CRM database accuracy, ensuring all customer information and sales activities are
properly documented.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients and handle any related invoicing queries.
• Help the Head of Sales generate weekly and monthly sales reports, providing insights on
performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration/Finance or related field
• 1-2 years of experience working in a software house focused on resource outsourcing and staff
augmentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural and demonstrable ability to
build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
• Strong research-oriented mindset, capable of gathering market intelligence and staying updated on industry trends.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a drive to succeed.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, G-suite and comfortable with technology tools.
