Job Description
- Identify potential customers and leads through research, networking, and cold-calling to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs, and addressing inquires and concerns promptly.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of the products or services offered.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets, secure new clients, and increase sales within existing accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Timely maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide sales forecasts and contribute to sales planning and budgeting processes.
