Business Development Associate

Job Description

  • Identify potential customers and leads through research, networking, and cold-calling to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs, and addressing inquires and concerns promptly.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of the products or services offered.
  • Develop sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets, secure new clients, and increase sales within existing accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Timely maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide sales forecasts and contribute to sales planning and budgeting processes.

- Intermediate/Advance verbal and written English
