We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a passion for technology and software solutions. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored software solutions.
Collaborate with the software development team to develop proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the software industry.
Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Availability to work night shifts.
