Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be instrumental in driving our client’s sales growth. Your core responsibility will be to prospect for new clients by identifying, understanding their needs, demonstrating how our services can resolve their issues, and setting up meetings that pave the way for sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base, using strategic research and analysis to pinpoint high-potential prospects.
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including social media, networking events, and industry databases.
- Outreach: Conduct outreach efforts via Linkedin, emails, and social media messages to prospective clients.
- Qualifying Leads: Evaluate the needs and potential of leads to determine their suitability for our services.
- Scheduling Meetings: Set up meetings between potential clients and our sales executives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and tactics.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and communications in the company’s CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback from potential clients to enhance product development and service delivery. Regularly report on sales activities and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and MS Office.
