Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation through various platforms organically.
  • Proactively identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their business needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and articulate the value proposition of our web design, digital marketing, and iNextCRM services.
  • Proposal Development.
  • Collaborate with the project team to create compelling proposals tailored to clients' requirements.
  • Provide accurate and transparent pricing information.
  • Sales Pipeline Management.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and up-to-date information on leads and opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
  • Market Research.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of at least $10000.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the web design or digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other marketing tools
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in sales or business development in IT industry .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
