We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to assist in the delivery of new client acquisition targets through generated diary appointments in our chosen market sectors.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Responsible for generating quality appointments with prospective clients
• Working towards daily and weekly targets to contribute toward the growth
• Making high-volume business-to-business calls
• Qualifying appointments and booking meetings for senior management where required
• Identify key sectors and build relationships with prospective clients
• Sourcing leads from various methods
• Call on a mix of cold and warm leads.
• Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
• Maintain and update the sales database
• Ensure compliance with all reporting, administration, and sales processes & procedures
• Maintain forward visibility of the pipeline to ensure delivery of monthly/annual objectives

• Must be able to show a proven track record within the HR/services sector
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales
• Motivated in joining a new entity and growing as the company grows
• Able to demonstrate outstanding sales performance in a related field or business sector
• Excellent objection handling, influencing skills, and rapport-building
• Ability in recognising business opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Skilled in written and verbal communication
• Expert in social media networking strategies, with a demonstrable track record
• Good IT skills particularly in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
• Excellent time management skills
