Job Description
UnitFactor is seeking a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue. This individual will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation through inbound call management, outbound cold calling, Build relationships with prospective clients through social media, database search, and lead nurture.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline and regularly report on progress to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-6 months of experience in business development or in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to respond to technical questions
- Know how to pitch in the Global market
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
