Siliconfort is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with clients to grow the company's revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and developing new business relationships.
- Generating and following up on leads to secure new business deals and close sales.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and deliver high-quality services.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Attending industry events and networking to promote the company's services and brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
