Job Description
We are urgently looking for Business Development Executive BPO for our Sales & BD department.
Who we are:
- We offer Inbound Customer Support / Call Center services to businesses based in the US, Canada, UK, and other countries.
- We work as a back office and support center for international businesses and help them with phone answering, email, and live chat support.
What we require from you:
- You will be required to provide Business Development services to International clients.
What you get to do:
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Building business relationships with potential clients.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow the business.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals.
- Experience in sourcing leads from LinkedIn and also with bidding on Up Work.
- Must be comfortable on the phone, getting past the Gatekeeper, and reaching C Level Executives to generate appointments.
