Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to reach new prospects.
- Establishing contact with potential clients through cold outreach using LinkedIn, e-mail, job boards, and other tools.
- Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Create a sales pipeline.
- Generating a maximum number of conversations with potential clients.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients and their needs.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs related to business development efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven track record of success in business development and sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
