InnoTechSol is looking for a "Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)", The incumbent will be responsible for securing projects from different online/freelancing portals.
Job Description:
- Bidding and sending proposals on different platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, etc. - specifically on graphics designing, web development, and content writing-related projects.
- Understanding clients’ needs and sending proposals to existing and potential clients.
- Generating leads, drafting proposals, positively interacting and negotiating with clients, and successfully closing sales deals.
- Getting projects by maintaining consistent communication with existing and potential clients.
- Actively collaborating and planning with management to develop new strategies for achieving short- and long-term sales goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum “A levels” or fresh graduates
- Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle the pressure of sales target
- Ability to maintain a high rating on all bidding platforms
- Must be capable of converting prospects to customers/clients
