Job Description
SiliconFort is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote our software products and services to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and following up on prospects with the goal of converting them into clients and meeting sales targets. The BDE must be willing to travel as job demands require
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities for software products and IT services.
- Conduct targeted outreach to prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and manage the sales process from initial contact to close.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software products and IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Required Skills:
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales and Negotiation Expertise: Proven sales background with experience in presenting IT services effectively and persuasively, as well as strong negotiation skills for securing contracts on favorable terms.
- Market Research and Analysis: Proficiency in researching and analyzing the IT services market to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients, and developing targeted strategies to capture new business.
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation: Ability to communicate complex IT services clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, and confidence in presenting proposals, solutions, and project updates to clients.
- Time Management and Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple clients and projects, and ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives.
