Job Description
- Research new leads, qualify, and communicate through CRM software.
- Handling all international clients’ queries, liaise with perspective clients via telephone and further qualify opportunities for development of business.
- Schedule one to one meetings between corporate clients and business development managers.
- Assist with marketing engagement strategies and pricing negotiations with corporate clients.
- Building client relationship, providing HR Services to Employers. Ensure all their recruitment needs and requirements are fulfilled with collaboration to recruitment team.
Qualification & Experience:
Fresh to 06 month of experience. International exposure with customer support experience will be preferred.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Preferably in Marketing or business administration.
Proficiency in English is a MUST.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with CRM software.
