Job Description
We are looking for an International Sales Executive to join our team who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and performing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation
- Utilize LinkedIn, Up-work and other online B2B platforms to generate new sales opportunities
- Excellent proposal English speaking and writing skills.
- Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate solutions/services and ability close deals
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and internal Accountants.
- Report to the manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace.
- Working on weekly and monthly lead targets and KPIs.
- Organise sales campaigns.
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, English literature marketing, or a related field
- Strong English written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional Negotiation skills & Convincing Power
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing for international markets preferably Australia.
- Work according to the Australian Time zone i.e., GMT +10
- Good to have: Preference will be given to candidates with
- Knowledge of Australia and its markets
- Basic Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Australian English-speaking accent
