Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an International Sales Executive to join our team who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and performing sales.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Up-work and other online B2B platforms to generate new sales opportunities
  • Excellent proposal English speaking and writing skills.
  • Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate solutions/services and ability close deals
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and internal Accountants.
  • Report to the manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace.
  • Working on weekly and monthly lead targets and KPIs.
  • Organise sales campaigns.
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, English literature marketing, or a related field
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional Negotiation skills & Convincing Power
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing for international markets preferably Australia.
  • Work according to the Australian Time zone i.e., GMT +10
  • Good to have: Preference will be given to candidates with
  • Knowledge of Australia and its markets
  • Basic Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
  • Australian English-speaking accent
