We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with specific expertise in real estate to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our business operations in Umm-ul-qura city.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential clients interested in real estate properties.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries.

- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, and network building.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth opportunities.

- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to present to clients.

- Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals to maximize revenue for the company.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role within the real estate industry.

- Strong knowledge of pakistan real estate market dynamics, including key players, property types, pricing trends, etc.

- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Arabiclocal language. Additional languages are a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly with clients over the phone.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficient in using Excel or CRM software for lead management and tracking purposes.
