Ehsaan Technologies is located in Karāchi and this position is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Karāchi but some work from home is acceptable.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Executive role specifically for Upwork platform. The successful candidate will identify, develop and manage business relationships with potential clients utilizing the Upwork platform. As part of the sales team, the candidate will assist in developing long-term strategies to meet sales targets and develop the corporate brand. The candidate will also need to resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service and excellence.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong experience in dealing with clients from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to attract and secure new clients, projects, and partnerships
  • Experience working with Upwork platform is highly preferred
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations that showcase our services
  • Identify and target potential clients within the custom app development industry to generate new business opportunities within the Upwork platform
  • Achieve or exceed revenue targets by consistently bringing in new business
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities
