This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive in Rawalpindi. The role will involve day-to-day tasks like new business development, lead generation, account management, and communication with clients. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with clients, identifying potential areas of growth, and strategizing appropriate business development activities to meet those goals.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to manage accounts and build relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the HR or consulting industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other business tools
