Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Business Developer Executive to help drive our sales & grow the business. As a Business Developer Executive, you will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. To excel in this role, he/she should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diverse marketing research and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Acquire new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaborations with the marketing department.
- Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and referrals to expand client base.
- Attend networking events to connect with potential clients and conduct in-depth research.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and suggest relevant upgrades or additional services.
- Craft compelling business proposals and contracts to boost revenue streams.
- Negotiate with clients for competitive pricing while equipping staff with necessary skills to enhance sales.
- Review client feedback and implement required changes to improve services.
- Stay updated on consumption trends to keep company offerings relevant and effective.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth, achieve sales targets, and expand the customer base while providing regular reports and analysis on outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years' successful track record in business development or sales, particularly in a B2B setting.
- Proven experience in effective lead generation, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, OLX, and other tools.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client pain points and propose fitting products or services to drive revenue.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with strategic thinking and proficiency in CRM and sales tools; readiness for travel to facilitate client meetings and industry events
