We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join Tech Minds. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in connecting different sales and marketing tools, leveraging their capabilities to identify, nurture, and convert leads into successful sales opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include proactively engaging with potential clients, sending targeted emails, and delivering compelling sales pitches to promote the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize different tools efficiently and optimize lead generation. Apollo and Salesforce are a plus.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through strategic email communication and personalized sales pitches.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to opportunity creation.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the companys growth and revenue objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to represent our IT solutions to potential clients effectively.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team on a regular basis.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in the field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT industry, with a track record of successful sales achievements.
- Familiarity with sales software, particularly Apollo, and the ability to connect efficiently and manage sales force accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM systems.
- A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
