As we continue to expand our distribution network, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team, and that is where you come in!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new business opportunities to expand our distribution network and reach a wider audience.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partners, and develop strategies to engage and build relationships with them.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting our media content and services to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners, ensuring that the terms are mutually beneficial and align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Regularly monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt our business development strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners into our distribution network.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients and partners.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
- A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant business development tools is a plus.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
