Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will play a vital role in expanding our client base and growing revenue through the acquisition of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and research potential clients through market analysis and networking.
Generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct effective client presentations and product demonstrations.

Market Analysis:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Gather market intelligence to guide business strategy.

Proposal Development:Prepare and submit compelling business proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with the technical team to create customized solutions for clients.

Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Ensure smooth transition to the project management and delivery teams.

Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and status updates.
Provide regular reports on sales progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or at least an Intermediate with fluent in English
Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong market research and analysis capabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
