We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead new business growth and client acquisition. You will be responsible for engaging leads, understanding their needs, creating tailored proposals and action plans, conducting website and marketing audits, producing sales presentations and demo videos, and onboarding new clients. Excellent communication and closing skills are a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, events, and networking
✔️ Schedule and conduct demo meetings with prospects to understand their business goals and digital marketing needs
✔️ Create comprehensive proposals and statements of work with strategic recommendations tailored to each client's requirements
✔️ Conduct audits of potential clients' websites and digital marketing efforts, create "Loom" style audit videos to showcase findings and recommendations
✔️ Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients to close new business deals
✔️ Manage the proposal-to-contract process, negotiate terms as needed, and onboard new clients
✔️ Record all lead and client communication in our CRM system for tracking purposes
✔️ Maintain positive client relationships and handle post-sale support as needed
Requirements
✔️ 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management or client partner roles
✔️ Expert knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing strategies, analytics and trends
✔️ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals
✔️ Strategic thinker with excellent planning, proposal-writing and presentation skills
✔️ Advanced proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite
✔️ Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
✔️Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational abilities
✔️ Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
